EIL has opportunities for the following:

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg))
- Disciplines:
  - Mechanical,
  - Chemical,
  - Civil,
  - Electrical,
  - Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication,
  - Information Technology / Computer Science
- Qualification:
  - Should have completed full time Engineering Degree course B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg) in minimum qualifying period (passed out in the year 2010 or passing out in mid 2011)
  - Educational Qualifications from Institutions/Colleges duly recognized by AICTE and degrees from Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by UGC
- Upper Age Limit (as on 1.7.2011): 25 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PD candidates and by 3 yrs for OBC(non creamy layer) candidates)
