    Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for preparing Select List of 2 candidates and Wait List of 2 candidates for the following posts of steno:
    • Stenographer ( Higher Grade ): 04 Posts 
      • Pay: Pay Band of Rs. 9300 34800 + G.P. 4400/and other allowances as admissible under the Rules.
      • Age: The candidates must not less than 21 years and more than 33 years of age.
      • Qualification: 
        • Possess University Degree. Preference being given to candidates possessing Degree in Law. However, this condition will be relaxed if the candidate is already working as Stenographer (Lower Grade) for not less than 5 years in the High Court or any other Court or Tribunal or in the Office of Advocate General or Government Pleader.
        • Possess Government Commercial Certificate Examination or Examination conducted by Government, Board or I.T.I., for atleast speed of 100 W.P.M. or above In English Shorthand and 40 W.P.M., in English Typing.
        • Possess Computer certificate Diploma/Decree in Computer Operation Course of  minimum six months duration issued by DOEACC, CDAC or MSCIT or University.

    How to Apply:
    Candidates should send their applications in the following prescribed proforma by Registered Post or Speed Post only in an envelope superscribed with the words “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER ( HIGHER GRADE)” , so as to reach by 5.00 p. m., on or before 31 s t July, 2011 . The candidates should note that the applications received thereafter or sent by any other mode such as ordinary post or by hand delivery or by currier will not be considered.
